In my opinion, salmon is one of those fishes that is so easy to cook and that is why I cook it so many times. Thus, I’m always trying to improve my recipes, and so, I hope you like this one. Here it is.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1-2 salmon fillets
- chia seeds
- ½ lemon (juice)
- 1 coffee spoon of ginger (shallow)
- black pepper
- mixture of 5 peppers
- thyme (fresh or dried)
- salt
- unsalted butter
METHOD:
- Start by removing the skin of the salmon fillets. For that, turn the skin-side down and do small cuts near the skin until it is all removed.
- Cut the salmon into large cubes and season it with lemon, pepper, ginger and salt.
- Melt about 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter with thyme.
- Pass the salmon by the unsalted butter and then by the chia seeds. You have to be careful when grabbing the salmon, because of the seeds.
- In a frying pan, add a little bit of unsalted butter (1 tea spoon or olive oil). Cook the salmon each side for approximately 3 minutes or until is on point.
Serve with vegetables and a butter sauce seasoned with thyme, some lemon drops and black pepper.

Enjoy!
