Stuffed Portobello mushrooms with vegetables and chicken

A while ago I published a stuffed eggplant recipe. This one is quite similar, but instead of the eggplant I used Portobello mushrooms. In addition, instead of the chicken you can use other type of meat or if you don’t want to use meat, you can use only vegetables, such as courgette, tomato or even spinach.
