There’s nothing better than a simple cake, where you just have to combine all the ingredients together and bake in the oven. This is a quick and practical recipe and the result is a delicious and moist cake. I hope you like it.
INGREDIENTS:
- 200 g of unsalted butter, softened
- 160 g of sugar
- 250 g of self-rising flour
- 60 g of dark chocolate, melted
- 3 large eggs
- Dark chocolate
- Unsalted butter and flour for the cake tin
METHOD:
- Heat oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a cake tin.
- Beat the butter with the sugar (sifted) until the mixture is smooth.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, stirring in circular movements. Mix the flour.
- Divide the mixture in two parts. Stir the melted chocolate into one part of the mixture.
- Pour the mixture with no chocolate into the cake tin, then add some chocolate pieces and finally the chocolate mixture.
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes (or until an inserted wooden skewer comes out clean) and pour some melted chocolate.
